Program Evaluation & CME Requests

If you have taken an ICEP educational program, you must complete one or more components of program evaluation in order to receive your CME certificate.

To complete, find the program you took below and click the link(s) to complete the Evaluation tool(s.) You will enter CME Attestation for each program as part of that program’s Evaluation tool.

Evaluations are taken seriously at ICEP, as we are constantly striving to improve our programs. Your feedback is key to making these improvements in the future.
