ICEP will select one emergency medicine resident to attend the 2008 ACEP Legislative and Advocacy Conference that will be held May 18-21, 2008 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC.  The resident recipient will receive expenses reimbursed up to $500. 

After attending, the resident recipient will be expected to write a story for the Illinois EPIC newsletter about their experience.

To apply, interested residents should send a cover letter expressing their interest, a CV, and a letter of support from their residency director to Ginny Kennedy Palys. Applications are due Monday, March 10, 2008.
